Busan smiled in the Gyeongnam-Gimcheon tie.
Busan can win the title on its own as Gyeongnam and Gimcheon ended the 38th round of the Hana OneQ K League 2 2023 with a 1-1 draw at the Changwon Football Center on the 11th. Busan maintained its lead with 69 points from 20 wins, nine draws and five losses with two games remaining. Second-placed Gimcheon secured one point and finished with 68 points, closing the gap between them and Busan from two to one point. With this, Busan can clinch the early title with automatic promotion regardless of the outcome of the final match if they win the 36th round against Jeonnam in Gwangyang on December 12, with four points separating them from Gimcheon. 무지개토토 도메인
It’s a disappointing result for Gimcheon. They started well. Gimcheon, led by Jung Jung-yong, took the lead in the ninth minute of the second half when striker Lee Young-joon, a member of the U-20 World Cup squad, scored off an assist from Kim Jin-gyu. They maintained their lead with a 59-41 shot advantage in the first half.
Leading 1-0 in the 40th minute, Gimcheon was unable to hold on in the final five minutes. Gyeongnam, who kept knocking on the Gimcheon goal, scored in the 41st minute when striker Park Min-seo’s left-footed shot hit a Gimcheon player’s leg and deflected to split the goal. With this goal, the game ended in a 1-1 draw.
