With ‘nutritious’ multi-homer blast, Ohtani passes Jeter for AL home run lead

Shohei Ohtani (Los Angeles Angels) 스포츠토토 has jumped into sole possession of the American League home run lead while Aaron Judge (New York Yankees) has been sidelined by injury.

Shohei Ohtani finished the day with two hits (two home runs), four RBIs and two runs scored, including a sacrifice fly in the top of the fifth inning. He raised his season batting average to .291 and increased his season RBI total to 50. Ranked fifth in the league in RBIs.

Shohei Ohtani, a Japanese national, is known for his “idoryu,” or pitching. He has started 13 games this year, going 5-2 with a 3.32 ERA and 102 strikeouts in 76 innings, while maintaining his ace-like performance at the plate.
