In the professional soccer club rankings announced annually by IFFHS, which manages world soccer-related history and statistics , Daegu FC has risen 11 steps from the 144th place as of 2021 announced in 2022 . Also , it showed that it is a club that represents the league by recording the 3rd highest ranking among K-League clubs for 2 consecutive years . In the K-League, Jeonbuk Hyundai ranked 42nd, the highest in Asia , Ulsan Hyundai ranked 99th, and Daegu followed the two prestigious Hyundai affiliated clubs . Following Daegu, FC Seoul and Pohang Steelers ranked in the second half of the top 200.
